1. How do I know I can trust my merchandise with this service?
ReturnRunners applies a rigorous screening process before accepting any Runners onto our platform. We enroll each Runner into a training program to ensure customer service and support excellence. Our clients trust our Runners with returns that range from an individual item to over 40+ and that value ranging from hundreds to thousands of dollars.
2. What is the cost for ReturnRunners' service?
We charge a $9.99 service fee for each request (includes one item). If you need to add additional items to your return request, you may do so at an additional cost of $0.99 per item. If you request pick-up within 24-hours, you will be charged a rush fee of $5.00.
3. What items do I need to have prepared before attempting to make a return?
To make a return, we require some sort of proof of purchase. The App will require you to take (or upload) a photo of your receipt so that we have documented proof of purchase. Our terms of service require you to verify that the item(s) has not been damaged, and that all merchandise being returned is unused and unworn. We cannot return any items that have been worn, used or damaged.
4. Are there any size or price restrictions on your return services?
For right now, we're mainly focused on retail apparel (clothing), shoes, bags, and smaller home appliances. Anything that is smaller than 3' x 3' and weighs less than 20 lbs, should work. In accordance with most retailer's return policies, we are unable to return things like fine jewelry, ultra-high-end handbags, furs, etc on your behalf.
5. What are your hours?
ReturnRunners is available to pick up your items from 8am - 6pm, seven days a week. You may select a one-hour window that is most convenient for you. We will match you with a local Runner, who will come pick up your merchandise from your specified address.
6. How do I create an account?
You can download the ReturnRunners App on iOS devices, Samsung devices or in Google Play, and create a profile using your Facebook or email address to sign up!
7. What stores does ReturnRunners offer returns to?
For right now, we are offering returns to a select group of stores. Click here to learn more. If the store you need to make a return to is not yet on our list, you may select the "Other" option on our App. We will attempt to make your return for you on a best efforts basis, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to successfully return your item due to the store's return policy. ReturnRunners is an independent business and is not necessarily affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by specific retailers mentioned on our App. As we grow, we will continue to add additional stores to our platform so we encourage you to check back for more updates.
8. How do I make a return if my item was a gift, and I don't have the receipt?
We will require you to send us a photo of the gift receipt so that the store can look up the order number and verify its authenticity. We will work with the store to see if they can issue a store credit directly to your customer loyalty account, otherwise, we will make arrangements to drop off your merchandise credit*.
9. ReturnRunners isn't yet offered in my zip code. How can I still use the service?
